MOWING
Mowing at the proper height and a quality fertilization program are two of the three most important things for a lawn for your neighbors to envy. Proper watering is the third.
Performed weekly, every other week, or just while you are on vacation.
*Our mowing service insures to mow at the proper height and we use sharp blades at all times. We also trim along fences, structures, landscape beds, sidewalks and driveways. We also blow grass clippings off of all undesirable surfaces.

FERTILIZATION
Fertilization, Fungicide, Insecticide and weed control. <fert/mow pic>
All of our applicators are EPA, Nebraska and Iowa certified. They also attend continual education seminars to keep up with the newest and best products available. We strive to use only top quality products and the most effective and safe insecticides on the market today.
Our fertilization programs are tailored to the specific needs of your lawn and your budget, we offer our Primary 3 step program up to our Royal 7 step program. We also offer an Organic 4 step program.
Soil Conditioners such as gypsum is available for those lawns that have clay soils and poor drainage. This can be applied in addition to any application at any time.
Fungicides are recommended on lawns that have had previous problems with disease or fungus. Two applications applied at the right times can aid in the prevention of a break out of the disease or fungus.

Sprinkler System Setting and Maintenance
We can set your timer to water at the optimum times and days to save water and to be the best for the lawns needs. We also can adjust or replace any problematic heads. We also provide winterization for your sprinkler system
Garden Tilling
Garden tilling is available and is scheduled individually. We till at an approximate depth of 8” using top of the line rear till tillers.
Aeration
Aeration should be done at least once per season. Spring or Fall is the best time since root and tiller development is most active these times of year and can recover much quicker. Aeration is the process of removing cores of soil from the ground aiding in healthy root development by providing an easier way for air, water and nutrients to reach them. As a result your lawn will be able to withstand heat and drought conditions easier.
Power Raking
Power raking is not a regular scheduled service and is recommended only when needed. There are a lot of factors in determining if this service is needed, talk to your lawn technician for further questions. Power raking is basically ‘vertical cutting of the lawn’ it removes excessive build up of thatch from lawns.
Seeding
Seeding and sodding We provide our customers with a wide array of top quality weed free seed. We also have access to top quality fescue or bluegrass sod, both locally grown.
